Paolo's current pourover setup

My current pourover setup

This is the setup I have now after over a decade of brewing pourover.

Text with the 👉 Emoji has links to the product I recommend

[👉Pourover Grinder]: I use an 1ZPresso ZP6 for most of my filter coffee

[👉All-rounder Grinder]: The ZP6 excels at light roast, washed coffees. For funkier processed coffees, or medium roast, or the occasional espresso, I'll use my Varia VS3.

[👉Kettle]": The actual kettle I use is an older variable temp kettle from Brewista which has been with me for over 5 years. I can't bring myself to upgrade because it still just works fine! This links to an alternative brewista kettle.

[👉2 cup dripper]: I've been using the CAFEC Flower in Tritan for my larger brews. It's not your typical dripper as most people go for Harios, so there's that feeling of being a bit unique :)

[👉1 cup dripper]: For my 1 cup brews I've really enjoyed the Origami Dripper Air S. It can brew both conical and wave filters and that makes it super super versatile.

[👉Small dose dripper]: This is for an extremely niche use case but if you ever want to brew less than 10g doses, the CAFEC Deep 27 is amazing.

[👉Paper filters]: CAFEC's filters are fantastic. I use either the Abacas or the T90s as they're quite fast and suit my brewing style.

[👉Scale]: I use a Timemore Black Mirror Nano. This scale is great because it has flow rate measurements!

[👉Server]: I really love the design of Kinto's servers, especially with the SLOW COFFEE STYLE at the bottom.

[👉Filter press]: Definitely not a necessity but something I find very useful especially when brewing with wave filters.
